012 Inteview with The Prince of Pot : Marc Emery

Quite a few years ago I went to the Toronto Freedom Festival, which is a big, fun,  political decriminalization pot smoking party held next to Ontario’s legislature in downtown Toronto, in order to find Jews there and to see how they are involved in marijuana as well as to generally learn about marijuana.

During the day long filming session, one of the most interesting and certainly well spoken people that I met was a famous Canadian man named Marc Emery. Marc Emery, otherwise known as the Prince of Pot, is a non-Judaen man who had a very successful weed seed selling business based out of Vancouver, BC, and he also operated a popular magazine called Cannabis Culture. That is until the United States Government named him a very bad man and soon they applied very serious pressure on Canada to have Marc stopped, arrested and even extradited to America to faces charges and possibly life in prison whereas in Canada, he only faces probation.

This interview was filmed a few years ago and a lot has happened since then but it also has a lot of good information. Enjoy
