010 HeeB: From Hollywood With Love

Allow me to introduce you to one of my favorite reads called HeeB Magazine. HeeB is a New York based print magazine that came out around the time when Al Gore invented the internet. HeeB has just released it’s sixteenth issue called: From HollyWood With Love, and it features some really great material that you will like.

Like every magazine HeeB has had it’s ups and downs and this new issue is definitely a winner, but before I get into what I like about this new issue, let me tell you about how nice HeeB magazine’s paper stock feels in the hands when you you’re reading it. Not only that, it is well layed out graphically and easy on the eyes; a lot of care goes into making an issue and I commend Publisher Joshua Neuman on a job well done.

This issue has spoof ads as well as real ads done with some swanky Judaic twists which make the usual nauseating task of sifting through a magazine’s ads actually fun. It has some great celebrity story material, awesome sexy photos, even more sections about music, a new comics page and much more.

HeeB also organizes two events, one called HeeBonism which is one big assed blast of a party and the other is HeeB storytelling, which is errr…I guess Jews telling stories. But you know how funny Jews are so HeeB storytelling is likely a ton of fun.

Oh yeah,HeeB issues in Canada are printed in a Union shop, with 50% recycled paper, and does not use Petroleum inks.
